Premila Paulraj is a senior international education leader with more than 25 years of experience across higher education pathways, international qualifications, vocational education, professional education, and K–12 markets.
She brings deep expertise in regional market leadership, transnational education strategy, institutional partnerships, and government engagement, with a long-standing track record of building and scaling education ecosystems across South Asia and the Asia-Pacific.
Over the course of her career, Premila has held senior leadership responsibilities across multi-country portfolios spanning academic, vocational, professional, and digital learning. Her work has included new market entry, qualification recognition, university progression pathways, regulatory engagement, commercial growth, and the development of sustainable partnership models.
She also serves as Chief Growth Officer of Lyceum Global Holdings, a diversified group managing 50 companies, where she plays a strategic leadership role in driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the expansion of education-led business initiatives.
Premila is recognised for her ability to translate global education strategy into locally relevant and scalable delivery models while maintaining academic integrity, compliance, and long-term institutional value.
She holds an MBA from Robert Gordon University, Scotland, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
